Johan is the Senior Account Executive for Latin America at Kpler, specializing in the Dry, LNG, and Maritime sectors. He has extensive expertise in the Latin American market and actively participates in discussions on mining and energy industries, fostering relationships with key industry players and internal stakeholders. His role focuses on understanding how Kpler’s solutions can be seamlessly integrated into daily workflows. Fluent in Spanish, English, and Portuguese, Johan brings a multilingual advantage to his engagements across the region.

Ahmed Elkady, MBA, is the Director of the Americas at Kpler, where he has played a pivotal role in expanding the company’s commercial presence since joining in 2020. As one of the first commercial hires in the region, he built out the global new business team across the U.S., LATAM, and EMEA. Before Kpler, Ahmed worked in investment and trading, most recently at Gerald Metals in London and New York, focusing on base metals trading and risk management. He holds an MBA in International Business and Finance from the University of Connecticut and is fluent in English, Arabic, and Spanish.

Ben joined Kpler in 2024 to lead on data quality for metal and mineral supply chains. He has extensive experience in the application of alternative data for trade intelligence, having started his career at Trase. Ben holds a bachelors degree in Geography from UCL and is based in Brighton, UK.
