Ankit Dhar
Ankit Dhar is a Market Analyst covering commodities carried on chemical tankers at Kpler. In this role, Ankit helps to refine the tracking of chemical flows on the Kpler terminal. Before joining Kpler, Ankit was a Senior Research Analyst at Chemical Market Analytics where he performed market coverage of the North American cyclohexane market and constructing and providing support for extensive data models to analyze market trends and forecast short-term and long-term pricing outlooks. This is where he began his career after graduating from the University of Texas with a degree in Chemical Engineering.
Samantha Zhang
Samantha Zhang joined Kpler in 2025, focusing on data quality for NGL supply chains. She has extensive experience transforming complex commodity and trade data into actionable market intelligence. Samantha began her career at ClipperData, where she spent over six years building predictive models to forecast US crude production, refinery runs, and global petroleum flows. She holds an M.S. in Statistics from Rice University and a B.A. in Economics and Mathematics from Bard College.
