Navigating Crude Flows, Refining Shifts & Market Power in a Fragmenting World

Global oil markets are entering a defining phase. OPEC policy decisions, sanctions enforcement, refinery expansions, and shifting trade routes are reshaping the Pacific Basin and beyond.

Global Crude & Price Outlook

  • Will OPEC discipline hold?
  • How fast is non-OPEC supply growing?

Asia’s Expanding Market Power

  • Do US West Coast refinery closures permanently elevate Asia’s role?
