Fanny Ronnaux-Baron

Power Account Manager

After some years in the Food Industry as a Sales Representative in Danone, Pepsico and Kelloggs, Fanny joined the Commodity sector to put her sales skills to good use in the Kpler company. She has been with the Power team for 3 years now, working on developing the customer portfolio and growing existing accounts. She covers whole Europe, with a focus on France and Southern Europe. She also supports the IT team in the development of new products, in line with customer requests, to provide the most innovative products. She's currently based in the South of France.

Nadim Kaabour

Senior Sales Executive

In 2007, he began his career at Volue (formerly known as Markedskraft) as a power market analyst. After a few years, he transitioned into a sales role with a focus on the power sector. Over the past 5.5 years, he has held similar roles at Genscape and Wood Mackenzie, where his work primarily concentrated on Central Western European markets, with notable experience in the Danish market. Additionally, he collaborated with major clients in Italy and the United Kingdom during his tenure at Wood Mackenzie. He is currently based in his hometown of Berlin.

Alessandro Armenia

Energy Analyst

Alessandro Armenia is an energy analyst leading the Power Analytics team. He holds 3 nationalities and is fluent in 5 languages (Italian, Spanish, French, Portuguese, English). His academic journey includes a BSc in physics engineering at Politecnico di Milano and a double-degree master’s in Energy Engineering, studying at IST in Portugal and École Polytechnique in France. Before joining Kpler, he worked at TotalEnergies as a Carbon Capture and Storage (CCS) analyst, applying his expertise in modeling and techno-economic analysis to assess the feasibility of 'CCS-as-a-service' adoption in the industry. In parallel, he was the InnoStation podcast voice for 2 years, interviewing over 15 CEOs and co-founders of energy startups driving the energy transition. At Kpler, Alessandro focuses on developing new products such as the Power Insights offering (crafting technical reports, forward-looking articles, and power price forecasts alerts) while interfacing and presenting to clients. His expertise lies in European power markets, particularly the short-term and balancing markets in the CWE region. He remains committed to ensuring that Kpler delivers the most accurate and forward-looking energy data and insights available.

Hamza Aourach

Senior Product Manager - Power

He began his career in the energy sector at Kpler, focusing on LNG and crude inventories, before expanding his expertise in power markets at leading French utilities TotalEnergies and EDF. With extensive experience in renewables direct marketing, short-term optimization strategies, and flexibility markets, he brings a deep understanding of the evolving energy landscape and the challenges of integrating renewable energy into power systems.
